➜ How many days it takes for an order to arrive?

We offer one type of shipping: Free Shipping 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays  ) When you place your order, we will provide you a tracking number. Where you can check all the information regarding your order.

 ➜Returns ?

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state and with the USBestify tags attached.

The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (15% of the total transaction payment) will be deducted from the transaction amount. 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by the USBestify Customer Service team.

Yes. it’s also important to know that some tracking numbers will only work in the origin country. see they will be used as shipment proof only. if a situation arises and you did not receive your product we will refund you or send you a new one.
